Thanks for
being here.
A little less polished. A little more real.
This page is different. It's not about the work, just a quiet glimpse into who I am beyond it. I'm still growing, still healing, still figuring life out... and maybe that's the most honest part of me.

Painting is
Since you already know my name, here's a little about who I am beyond the work. I'm a fun-loving person, but mostly within my own space, my four walls, and often in my own thoughts. If I'm not designing, I'm usually painting. I was raised by a single mother, alongside my grandmother and my two sisters.
We had this small world of five women, and somewhere along the way, I ended up being "the guy" in the family. I was quite mischievous growing up, always finding ways to trouble my sisters, but I love both of them so much. My elder sister, Thelma, was more disciplined and studious, and I was not quite the same.
But my younger sister was my constant companion, and I made sure she was part of all my little adventures. I was never the studious type. What I always wanted was a life where I could follow what felt true to me. Painting became that space early on, something that quietly grounded me and helped me understand myself better. Over time, that instinct led me toward design.
Today, I get to do what I genuinely enjoy, creating, thinking, and solving in my own way. And somewhere along the way, it also became my profession, which still feels a little surreal.
Somewhere between
healing, creating, and becoming.
I've never designed just for the sake of it. Every project taught me something, and every UI I create carries a small part of me in it. I learned everything from scratch, long before Al became a thing. There were ups, downs, self doubt, and moments where I almost gave up, but I stayed because this is the only work that has ever truly felt like me.
My family is everything I have. Last year, I lost my grandmother and my mother, and honestly, life has not felt complete since then. Some days still feel heavy, and I'm still learning how to live with that kind of silence and loss. But in the middle of all of it, designing and painting became the spaces that kept me going. They gave my mind somewhere to breathe when my heart could not.
And through every season of my life, one thing never changed, my faith in Jesus. My mother and grandmother raised us with prayer, worship, and the constant reminder that God never leaves us, no matter how difficult life becomes.
Even on her deathbed, my mother kept reminding us of how faithful our Father is. That kind of faith stays with you forever. It lives quietly inside my heart every single day. I carry their love, prayers, and strength with me in everything I create. Until the day I meet my God in heaven, that faith and those memories will always remain a part of who I am.
